At least it’s not an Achilles or foot injury, however San Francisco 49ers’ wide receiver Michael Crabtree could miss one to two weeks of practice do to a hamstring injury.

Coach Jim Harbaugh reported (via NFL.com) that Crabtree is “working through something” and could miss up to two weeks of practice.

Further revealed by Harbaugh is that fellow wide receiver Brandon Lloyd might miss two weeks as well due to another ailment. It is noted however that Harbaugh isn’t always realistic about injury timetables though, so perhaps we should be leery. Look for Crabtree to hopefully return by the third preseason game and if so he should be hopefully be a full go in Week 1 of the regular season.

Uh oh. Is this a sign for future issues for Crabtree? Either way, Kaepernick seems to make do with whatever receiving options he has.
