NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported the news according to a league source. The baffling play came at the end of a long punt return made by Brown, who is reportedly being fined for unnecessary roughness for the play. Lanning seems to have taken Brown’s cleat in his face in stride, but has denied Brown claiming that the two discussed the incident post game.
