Could the Buffalo Bills Get C.J. Spiller Back This Season?
The Buffalo Bills placed running back, C.J. Spiller on a short-term IR back in October when Spiller injured his collarbone. Now, Spiller is eligible to return to practicing as early as this Wednesday. If Spiller can practice fully and not experience any setbacks, he’ll be able to return to play in Week 16 against the Oakland Raiders.

Head coach Doug Marrone had this to report according to the Buffalo Bills’ official website (via NFL.com).
We’re hoping to see C.J. to start coming back. That designation is coming up.
The running game has certainly struggled with the absence of Spiller, especially while fellow back, Fred Jackson was sidelined with his groin injury earlier last month. Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon has attempted to fill the gap, however a late-season dose of Spiller certainly could give the Bills that boost they need to finish strong in the AFC East.
A return for Spiller personally benefits him as well, since he is due to become a free agent next season.
