Enjoy Monday Night Football on the House at Detroit’s Ford Field
If you live near the Detroit area, you can attend a Monday Night Football game on the house at Ford Field. Due to the horrendous snow storm in Buffalo, the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets were forced to find a new venue to play their Week 12 game which takes place Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. EST.
Since the Bills technically host this game, season-ticket holders for Bills and Lions games will have the opportunity to claim their free tickets first through an email that will be sent out. The remainder of the tickets are being released for free beginning 10:00 a.m. EST this Saturday via DetroitLions.com
Should there still be leftover tickets, they’ll be given away for free at the ticket office at Ford Field Stadium from 10a.m.-3p.m. on Sunday, and beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Additionally, anyone who was holding a ticket for the game this game that was to have been held at Ralph Wilson stadium can use it to gain admission to the game as well.
So, if you’re nearby the Detroit area, or willing to travel, it’s a great opportunity to attend a regular season NFL game for free. If you don’t feel like making the long trek to Detroit, you can catch the game on some local CBS stations or on DirecTV Sunday Ticket subscribers.
