Show RB Jamaal Charles His Money; Two-Year Agreement Is Reached
A short hold-out, or the fact that Charles actually ran out of gas on the way to training camp was enough to rattle his team’s cage and get them scurrying to make him happy. Sources confirmed to ESPN that a two-year contract extension has been agreed upon by the stud running back.

Charles was absent from training camp earlier today, but after news broke that an agreement was reached, he was training camp bound to Missouri Western State University.
Coincidentally/Supposedly, he just ran out of gas..?

Nevertheless, I say the extension, which will run through 2017 and will eventually pay him $18.1 million is well-deserved for the all-purpose back who was responsible for the highest percentage of the team’s yards from scrimmage in 2013.
Charles at 27-years-old had a phenomenal season in 2013 with nearly 2,000 combined rushing and receiving yards and 19 total touchdowns. His fantasy football owners were beyond ecstatic with his first-place ranking performance last year and the massive amount of fantasy points he rewarded. Now that Charles is nice and well-paid, hopefully, he’ll continue to produce top-notch numbers once again.
Because Charles handles such a multi-functional full load for the Chiefs, I have him ranked at the top of my fantasy football running backs.
