Dinner & Potlucks

Enjoy these great creations by Fantasy Football Chick for dinner, football parties or potlucks "100 Yard of Stuffed Shells" Stuffed Shells 16 Jumbo shells, cooked and drained & Your favorite pasta sauce. Topping is 1/2 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese a sprinkling of parmesan. Stuffing consists of a container of ricotta cheese, an egg, 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup of chopped green onions, & salt and pepper to taste. Spread a little sauce on bottom of 9X13 baking dish then stuff each shell with a couple tablespoons of the stuffing mix. When all stuffed, sprinkle the 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and shake on a little parmesan. Bake at 350 for about 25-35 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden. "Root Beer Pulled Pork Sliders" Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sliders These are a family and party favorite. Get out your slow cooker and add a 3-4 lb. boneless pork tenderloin, seasoned with salt and pepper. Add 3 or 4 cans of A & W (non diet) Root Beer until roast is mostly covered in liquid. Cook on low 8-10 hours. When meat is tender and you can pull apart with a fork, drain excess liquid, completely shred meat, then add a regular-sized bottle of BBQ sauce. I use KC Master Piece Honey Smoke flavor. Mix in sauce and serve on the small King's Sweet Hawaiian Buns. Yum!       More coming - check back soon!
